Detroit River International Crossing Value Engineering/Value Planning StudyAs part of the Canadian Environmental Assessment phase of the Detroit River International Crossing project, McCormick Rankin was engaged by the Border Transportation Partnership to conduct a value engineering and value planning study of route alternatives on the Canadian approach to the crossing. Representing government agencies from Canada, the United States, the Province of Ontario and the State of Michigan, the Border Transportation Partnership is tasked with reducing congestion and improving border capacity in the Windsor-Detroit Gateway area.
