Highway 26 Road Safety and Operational Review

As part of the Highway 26 Planning Study, a road safety and operational review was conducted to identify performance issues associated with the existing highway facility. The review integrated the results of a desktop analysis of historical collision data as well as a field investigation of driver workload, traffic operations and highway and roadside design elements to help diagnose problem areas along the various roadway sections and major intersections.
