Highway 62 Context Sensitive Solutions

As part of a Transportation Environmental Study for Highway 62 from Ivanhoe to Madoc in eastern Ontario, Delphi-MRC was engaged to conduct a context sensitive road safety review of the Highway 62 study corridor from just south of Quin-Mo-Lac Road northerly to the Moira Lake Bridge. Delphi-MRC was responsible for the facilitation of stakeholder and public town hall meetings focused on developing a solid understanding of the interests of all stakeholders and the development of a consensus on what the role of the road should be in the community. The results of this process were used to develop context sensitive road design solutions and countermeasures.
