Road Safety Management System

Working with the Nova Scotia Department of Transportation and Public Works we have developed a cost-effective, quality-based management system that included data collection training for police professionals in the field, development of a network screening tool to rank road segments, and provided the Department with a set of guidelines and procedures manual to conduct detailed engineering studies. Nova Scotia’s road safety management system will provide the Department with accurate road safety results that will help target future road safety funding for the provinces roadway network.
