Delphi-MRC is a division of the McCormick Rankin, a member of the MMM Group. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia and practicing across Canada, Delphi-MRC provides specialized services in transportation planning and engineering and road safety engineering. Working with the private sector, government and institutions, we maintain a sophisticated practice in road safety, traffic analysis, parking needs assessment and the planning and implementation of active transportation facilities.
To help support our core activities, Delphi maintains sophisticated and specialized technical practices in the directly related areas of Transportation Systems Analysis and Environmental Planning and Design. Both of these domains can contribute directly to urban and rural road safety and security outcomes. In the Transportation Systems Analysis area, our emphasis is on quantitative analytics and cutting edge modeling and simulation. Our Environmental Planning and Design efforts focus particularly on the development of creative and innovative context sensitive solutions that respond to community needs and on the on the interface between land use and transportation, with a particular emphasis on sustainability. Delphi-MRC also provides specialized services in crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED).
